This footed bowl was made by the renowned German metalwork company, Württembergische Metallwarenfabrik (WMF), during the 1930’s to 1950’s. Crafted in EP brass (electroplated silver onto a brass base metal), this tray showcases WMF’s celebrated Ikora finish which was an experimental decorative technique developed in the 1930s and gave each piece a distinctive texture and depth.
This bowl is a collectible design object that blends function with artistry. Ideal for lovers of Art Deco, Bauhaus, and modernist style.
