- We ship all orders via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Shipping options include USPS and do not ship on U.S. holidays.
2. Processing Time
- Please allow 3-5 business days for our team to process your order. Orders received after 5 PM ET will be processed on the next business day.
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
3. Shipping Rates
- Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight, size, and destination of your order. You will see the total shipping cost during checkout before finalizing your purchase.
4. Delivery Times
- Once processed, orders typically arrive within 7 business days. If there’s a delay in your order, please check the tracking information provided in your order confirmation email. (Please note that delivery times are estimates provided by USPS and are not guaranteed.)
5. International Shipping
- At this time, we only offer shipping within the United States.
6. Lost or Delayed Packages
- While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by USPS. If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at info@northwoodsgothco and we will work with USPS to resolve the issue.
7. Incorrect Shipping Information
- Please double-check your shipping address before finalizing your order. We are not responsible for packages that are undeliverable due to incorrect addresses. If an order is returned to us, additional shipping fees may apply to re-ship the package.
