Vintage Avon 1876 Cape Cod Centennial Edition Ruby Red Dessert Bowl

This Avon 1876 Centennial dessert bowl was produced to commemorate America’s bicentennial, echoing the look and feel of earlier Victorian glass while remaining beautifully usable and display-worthy today. It is made of deep ruby red pressed glass with rich texture and classic 19th-century–inspired patterning.

In recent years, Cape Cod ruby glass has seen a renewed surge in popularity, particularly for holiday tables, gothic-inspired tableware, and moody seasonal décor.
