This blue opalescent spooner was made around 1900 by the National Glass Company. This Early American Pattern Glass (EAPG) piece is part of the highly collectible Wreath & Shell (also known as Manilla) pattern and features a beautiful opalescent fade from milky white at the rim into soft blue.
The base is crafted in clear pressed glass with embossed wreath motifs and three ornate shell-style feet. Originally used as a Victorian table spoon holder, it now makes a perfect accent for makeup brushes, florals, or display.
